The University of Novi Sad student team “Mi” from the Faculty of Technical Sciences won the first place in the European Championship in Robotics – EUROBOT 2022. The competition was held in La Roche-Sur-Yon, France, from 25^th to 28^th May 2022, and welcomed over 100 teams from France and 21 teams from 11 other countries.

The acitivities within the UniSAFE project (Gender-based violence and institutional responses: Building a knowledge base and operational tools to make universities and research organisations safe) encompass various organized efforts by the members of the multi-disciplinary international project consortium of nine European partners. The strength of the consortium is based on the partners’ in-depth knowledge and extensive collaborative track record on researching of gender-based violence (hereafter: GBV), transforming academic insights into operational tools, and knowledge dissemination.

A one-day conference “Action plans for gender equality: challenges and opportunities for universities” was organized at the Central Building of the University of Novi Sad, on 6^th December 2021.

On 12^th November 2021, the University of Novi Sad hosted a lecture on gender and diversity in smart transport and their application in the field of transport in urban metropolises throughout Europe. This contemporary subject was introduced by the distinguished guest, Prof. Dr. Hilda Rømer Christensen from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, during the public lecture “Gender Smart Mobility and Diversity in Transport. Concepts, Methods, Practices”.
