CRITERIA FOR INTERNAL EVALUATION OF ERASMUS+ KA1 MOBILITY APPLICATIONS

Internal evaluation of UNS students’ applications for Erasmus+ KA1 mobility

The criteria for the internal evaluation of students’ applications, which is performed at the level of the corresponding UNS member, are the following:

  • Student’s academic merit (based on the Transcript of Records)
  • Motivation (based on the motivational letter)
  • Linguistic competence (based on the proof of foreign language proficiency)
  • Academic compatibility with the foreign partner (based on the proposal of the Learning Agreement)
  • Data on activities, knowledge and skills (based on the candidate’s CV)

The additional criteria for PhD students:

  • Established contact with the potential supervisor (based on the (pre-)acceptance letter; an e-mail)
  • Research plan (based on the Learning Agreement if the mobility includes research)

Internal evaluation of UNS staff applications for Erasmus+ KA1 mobility
The criteria for the internal evaluation of applications by teaching and non-teaching staff, which is performed at the level of the UNS member, i.e. the Rectorate in case of the University services staff, are the following:

  • Proposal of the Mobility Agreement (based on the Staff Mobility for Training, i.e. Staff Mobility for Teaching Mobility Agreement)
  • Interest of the foreign partner (based on the pre-acceptance or acceptance letter)
  • Data on activities, knowledge and skills (based on the candidate’s CV)
  • Linguistic competence (based on the proof of foreign language proficiency)
  • Academic / scientific / administrative compatibility with the foreign partner
  • Mobility effects on the University of Novi Sad
  • Sustainability of mobility results at the University of Novi Sad
  • Prior cooperation with the partner institution (based on all enclosed documents)

The additional criteria at the UNS level for teaching and scientific staff which are applied when there are candidates with the same scores after internal evaluation:

  • Evenly distributed academic disciplines
  • Competency index
