The University of Novi Sad has been granted a new H2020 project – Innovative bio-inspired sensors and microfluidic devices for saliva-based theranostics of oral and systemic diseases – SALSETH. The aim of this four-year project is to develop innovative bio-inspired sensors and microfluidic devices for saliva-based theranostics of oral and systemic diseases.
The coordinator of SALSETH project is Dr. Goran Stojanović, Full Professor at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad. This project will formally start December 1, 2019 with the total budget of 828,000 Euro.
The realization of the project has been granted in the framework of the Horizon 2020, the biggest EU Research and Innovation programme ever, that also represents an excellent opportunity for the scientists, innovators, researchers, and a business sector in Serbia, as well.
The University of Novi Sad is the coordinating institution of this project, while other partners are: Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, Poland, Materials Research Center, Ukraine, WEST Aquila SRL, Italy, Naturality Research & Development, Spain and AYUS GMBH, Germany. Associated partners are University of Malaya, Malaysia and Curtin University of Technology, Australia.
