The Business Productivity Tools course was created as part of the Erasmus+ project Versatile and Innovative Open Resources for Collaborative Virtual and Mobile Learning Arrangements in Higher Education (VIVA). The Viva initiative sought to improve higher education by using novel ways to teaching, research, and knowledge transfer. Our researchers, teachers, and students actively contributed in a variety of areas throughout the project, including innovation, knowledge transfer systems, e-learning, and the sustainable growth of higher education. As part of the project's outcomes, a pilot course on business productivity tools was developed and is now open and available on the University's Sova e-learning platform.
Using the Design Thinking method, students from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, created the course Business Productivity Tool on the Organization and Enterprise Management Module. The students discussed knowledge and abilities for increasing corporate productivity while keeping time, cost, process management, training, and communication in mind. A module on the English language has been built to increase productivity through the application of artificial intelligence methods, with a focus on Chat GPT.
The course is open to all teaching faculty and students at the University of Novi Sad. In addition to students from the University of Novi Sad, students from partner universities in Germany, Italy, Greece, and Lithuania contributed to the project's outcomes. More information regarding the outcomes may be found on the Viva project's official website.
